Do u warm up on the bench before u jump on the heavy weight. If so how? How many sets and reps of lighter weight do you do before you get on the heavy weight?
I dislocated my shoulder doing the first exercise 😢. Could you suggest some exercise to strengthen my rotator cuff? I know that exercise training can only do so much. Eventually, I will need surgery if my join becomes very loose
Maybe cover some training principles you see fit for specific time/place scenarios? When should one use slow eccentric, wave training, myotatic reps, natural tempo, etc.....not trying to make you guys loose profit, just food for thought
