How often do you throw in a high-vol day, in the swole?
I always believe you have to warm up before you lift, some guys go straight into the workout and they complain about shoulder pain

googolplex you should go look at some of the videos Steve has from when they were originally opening up the gym. I think may say it in one of those videos. You might have to do some digging...
You should begin every warm-up with some dancing, it counts!
