I just found ur channel. Not gonna lie, yours is one of my favorites out of all the "Can you beat Fallout" series out there. I really enjoy the elaborate narrative you add to each character, really adds to the challenge. subbed.
Personally I think you should allow the pip boy light in all runs-even people that wouldn't normally have a pip boy could easily carry a flash light, which is the entire point of the pip boy light-to be a flash light. Not allowing VATS for people that don't normally have pip boys makes sense as a restriction, but arbitrary 'people can't use flashlights' seems absurd, especially since it doesn't really give any combat advantage, just exploration advantage to make things not near impossible to see in the dark areas. Quite a few games even have flashlights taped/bolted to guns if that's a concern for any justification needed for why someone can use a flashlight while using a two handed weapon
@ alright just keep in mind of the rules you can only use weapons and armors from fallout tactics you have to keep bos alive you have clear all of the legion camps for killing the scribes you have to help all towns citys and non raider tribals and complete honest hearts dead money and lonesome road
