Get ready for a cozy day before Christmas with me. I take it slow in this new winter slow living & silent vlog episode. Enjoy the simple joy of aesthetic preparation for the festive season, decorating the tree and making delightful treats and a stir fry dinner. It's all about taking my time, savouring each step and celebrating the calm moments that make the holidays special.
Recipe
Dark Chocolate Orange Biscotti
* 3 large eggs
* 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
* 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
* 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
* 300g all-purpose flour + 2-3 tbsp
* 80 g sugar
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
* 1/2 tsp salt
* zest from 1 orange
* 60g unsalted butter, cold and cubed
* 100g chopped walnuts and almond
* egg wash: 1 large egg beaten with 1 Tbsp milk
* 200g dark chocolate 75%
* sprinkle with orange zest and edible flower
Preheat oven to 180°C. 25 minutes - 8 minutes - 8 minutes
