Pear Almond Tart ingredients:
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup almond flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
2 tsp lemon zest
2 pears
2-3 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup sour milk or butter milk
1/3 cup maple syrup or any light syrup
40 grams melted butter
- Pleas refer to the video for the procedure
PaleApple Glogg ingredients:
Half litre apple juice
3-4 cloves
3-4 cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
- Place everything in a sauce pan and let it simmer in low heat for 10 minutes. Enjoy it warm.

Burning candles in house is beautiful and romantic but candles can actually leave gray, soot deposits on surfaces besides burning precious oxygen. If you move a permanent framed picture off the wall you can see soot making a home on your walls and ceilings.
Yes, soot stain can be a real problem as well as how it pollutes the indoor air especially the ones made of paraffin wax. I read they are just as bad as cigarette smoking! Candles made of soy, bees and coconut wax are non-toxic and healthier alternatives and produce the least amount of soot. Although they are pricier, we can enjoy that warmth and coziness that candles create without worrying 😊
