I will make this tomorrow. It looks great. It reminds me of a dish my mother-in-law used to make. She called it Korean Style Grilled Chicken. She would prepare a marinade with soy sauce, green onions, garlic, and sesame seeds. Marinade chicken breasts for a couple of hours, then grill the chicken.

Hi, I live in the UK now (although originally from North Carolina) and I just tried your recipe and yes, I do love it. I did substitute pork for the chicken this time only because I had the pork in my fridge and it needed to be cooked. It came together beautifully and I served it with egg fried rice with a sprinkle of spring onion on top. It will probably be even better tomorrow after the meat rests in that gorgeous sauce overnight. My next attempt might be to try your Korean chicken recipe. I'll let you know how I do.
