    What an inspirational words of wisdom. I used to say that I'm busy..doing this and that, but it just keeping going hectic. However, when I learned to pause and mindful everyday, everything eased up. Now I I do yoga and meditation in the morning right upon waking up. Of course, I have many things to do, but I wake up earlier...2 hours before my day starts. And, during nighttime, I go to bed earlier, so I can wake up earlier to do yoga and meditation first thing in the morning. And, it's fun and I'm enjoying doing it.

    true yoga is deattaching your self from object or anything because do you attachment is main cause of suffering when you meditate you altimatly deattching yourself and that time you findyour self by being conscious when you stop you realise that what just happend why i was feeling good ? and to do meditation you must start doing pranayama which is breathing technique to improove your blood circulation through your body -brain which will boost oxygen and feel you more energetic and practise some

    He is talking about Isha Yoga probably Inner Engineering (first course) with Isha Yoga. They also teach Hata Yoga secondarily and quite a few more advanced classes if you choose. Inner Engineering yoga take about 40 minutes in total with the premilinary prep asana and then the Mahamudra which is for mind, body, energy bodies.

    One more thing if you realy want freedom from mind body and soul read bhagvad gita its said by lord Krishna and its free download its quoates from android atleast god will not charge you for finding your real self save that miney for your kids and mortgages .be happy and and beyourself god bless you all
