This was the first thing I did with ISHA. I had been very ill for many years. It was so effective I did inner Engineering as soon as I could. I’m now a volunteer for ISHA and my health is fantastic 🥰

Totally agree. It's one of the most powerful processss. Personally it's helped me sit still for longer periods and reduced a lot of compulsions.

bhuta shuddhi , aum chanting , sukha kriya , staying in silence with no input to the sense even for 30 mins every day , shoonya are soo underrated and fast that people might think small timing yoga is not potent but its so powerful and very subtle

Agreed. I thought 10 minutes Bhuta shuddhi won't do anything but I was wrong.

I did inner engineering like 5 years ago it was amazing ...I recently did bhuti shudi I'm not kidding I immediately felt a insane difference. I could not believe that Isha does not make this the first step lol it's a game changer I told my family there like ohhh lol

@@geronimowashington2115 I'm happy to hear that. I guess since bhuta shudhi is more of ritual that a meditation process, people might not like it as a first step. But idk... It's totally possible that they can. 👍
