Hi sir… i had one doubt i keep asking everyone regarding this… i have registered and paid for the buthasudhi program near by …. Is that butha sudhi kit is also included in that registration fee orelse we should take separately by paying amount and take it??? Pls clarify me sir …. Everyone is saying different different answers
What is the actual process? I'm not trying to do it w/o training, I'm just curious and can't find a description anywhere. Like staring at a candle? Or What does one actually DO?
@@hemjoshitv8858 yes I understand that and I’m not expecting comprehensive detailed instructions, maybe just an example of a few of the steps, like “ you blow a candle out then make some movements w/ your hands”. Just to get a feel for it. Thanks!

In one of the video sadguru said shoonya happens for 1-2 secs and there is no coming back and sir you are saying there is reverse. So what exactly its is?
I'm saying people underestimate Bhuta Shuddhi process because it takes less time. For Shoonya, Sadhguru never said that. It's just that there are deeper states of experience if you do it regularly. Again people who have actually done it, not just talking or gossiping about it.

When you go for the program, you will get a kit and all the instructions will be given as well.

I heard there is a chanting involve. Can I still go to this process if I'm not able to pronounce letter R 100% correctly? I have mild rhotacism.
Once you go through the process, the teacher will tell you to do your best, don't force it too much. Doing our best is what we can do. 🙏🏽
