Many years ago April of 2011, I worked on Nitro at Six Flags Great Adventure in NJ. One morning before the ride opened to the public, there was alot of cameras there. I walked to front of the RollerCoaster and saw Sal from Impractical Jokers duct taped to the front seat. He was in the ride safely I assume he lost and this was his punishment...scared of heights. Ok, so my supervisor told me to walk Joe, Murray and Q up the 230 ft lift hill. So we get to the top I call down to the station, they release Sal. They stopped Sal on the lift hill so they could torrent him. Was called and told to get everyone against the rail, as the train was restarting. Asked Joe to take pictures we were not allowed cell phones period. Asked him to send to me. Never did never aired. Saw them all in the employee parking lot many hours later Asked Joe again what's the name of your show again he said it's called Impractical Jokers on Tru TV set to premier in September of that year. I wish I could visit this theme park. I've heard that this along with Six flags Magic Mountain and Six Flags Great Adventure are the best in the Six Flags chain of Theme parks.

Man Me and my Family are going on a Cedar Fair Vacations this summer we will go to Kings island, Cedar point, King Dominion and Carowinds (we got Season passes with the passport) but we will have time to go to one extra non Cedar Fair man and its between SFGA, Hershey park or Busch Garden Williamsburg damn 2 reason i want to go to SFGA tallest Roller coaster and it would be our 6 SF park we been too.
I am sooooooooo excited to go tomorrow omg

I went today in over a decade and it was really fun. But a lot of things you can tell is aging.
I also feel like the advertising for the dc heroes and looney tunes went down. You used to see them around the park and the statues but idk It felt a bit empty especially with the closed shops/food courts

El toro looked a bit sluggish when you rode it. People who are watching who have never rid it. When that ride is warmed up it FLYS.
We filmed on the first couple rides of the day in the morning, so it was definitely slower than it will typically run
El Toro, warmed up, full car, last row = best ride
Also don’t be fooled by the video in real life it goes higher, faster, and steeper
Just remember, El toro goes 70mph, so be ready for some intense speed
It looked so tame when that ride is one of the more intense rides at great adventure

By default, Lil’ Devil because it’s the least thrilling
@@ColiwoodStudios definitely the least thrilling! And all kiddie coasters look pretty much the same so it feels like your repeating other rides when your not. Also one more question I really want to bring a GoPro on a ride and I did watch your video about it which was really helpful! But what GoPro are you using with the wrist strap?

@@Coaster_JoeThey usually will kick you out unless you get permission
@@FullThrills the only safe way to record on rides is with a GoPro securely strapped on to you. But some parks just won’t allow it.
The park is full of coasters now.... I was only on five of them; Batman ride, Medusa, runaway train, the scream machine, & Rolling Thunder... Thanks for the video I haven't been there in a while.......

medusa used to be blue
Medusa was originally yellow track with purple supports, then, when renamed Bizarro in 2009, dark blue track and purple supports, and as of 2022, Medusa has green track and orange/brown supports!
For anyone who is confused on the formatting of this video, since its odd to see batman the ride and dark knight as the first coasters in the pov, this video was made using alphabetical order (apparently)
My favorite roller coaster there is Medusa
El toro is absolutely HORRIBLE. It gave me such a big headache after going on it😭💀💀

It’s an amazing ride!
Kingda-Ka pulls 130mph in 3 seconds and reaches 5G of force. Make sure your soul stays with you when it launches lol.

Nope, we received permission from the park to film with our GoPro and Insta360 cameras

What gear do you use to hold the camera in the coastertrain for the POV?
Typically, a GoPro Hand/Wrist Strap. However, filming on-ride POVs is strictly prohibited at most parks, including this one, with permission required (which we had) to be able to film.

No Inversions (Loops): El Toro, Kingda Ka, Nitro, Skull Mountain, Dark Knight, Runaway Mine Train, Harley Quinn, Lil’ Devil
The biggest drop you'll ever get is gonna be kingda ka, it stands at about 450 ft and goes 128 mph, tallest and second fastest Coaster in the world

Am I the only one that doesn't like Joker?? Die hard roaster fan, never turned down a ride in my entire life. But, to me, it's like mixing a coaster with The Zipper, and the constant flipping around makes it hard to appreciate the track itself. I'd much rather ride The Zipper, or a coaster. Not at the same time, takes away from the effect imo
