Hello my wife and I are planning to move to Puerto Vallarta within the next year. The condo is nice but I think the price is extremely elevated. If you have any other properties in the El Tigre area please let me know. Or if you have some in romantic zone for a cheaper price please 🙏🏾 also let me know
Hey there, good morning. Congrats on the decision to move, that's a big one! This condo, like all the videos I do, are on the Caribbean coast. This one is in Puerto Aventuras, not PV and is the lowest priced 3BR oceanfront condo in Puerto Aventuras, maybe in the Riviera Maya!

@CW Moss This really is! We have 2 showings today and 1 more set for tomorrow, I don't think it will last very long! And yes, the prices have really jumped here, not quite like throughout most of the US and Canada, but this is by far the biggest increase I've seen in our 7 years here.
