    Looks awesome! I do wonder about the ecology in Tulúm, and especially about the water quality, after seeing a documentary on this

      Good question! They are about to complete a railway that connects Cancun to Playa Del Carmen and Tulum so hopefully they are putting in the right measures for infrastructure and the environment.

      What a stupid half ass dodge the question.
      If your unit is connected to the city water supply you will be OK, however its not potable use it for washing yourself clothes dishes etc..there is More than enough bottled water in 20 liter jugs simply pick up a syphon.
      You need to verify the presence of a water meter otherwise you could be connected to a Well 70% of the Wells in Tulum are Contaminated. One of the reasons for ground water contamination is the pure simple fact 100% of the homes or casas had hand dug septic tanks which are not really in compliance with any Health Codes they leak overflow and in the storms the pressure forces them to backup so Never buy a ground floor unit in Tulum.

    Never buy from anyone whom won't can't or dodges your legitimate questions and don't buy from someone whom is not living in the Community has ties to the Community as in Kids in School spouse working here. Too often Web Sellers are Fly By Night here to sell you a Lemon today gone with their share of the profit tomorrow......

    • @saywhat951
      @saywhat951 ปีที่แล้ว

      Your correct 1 Tulum is NOT a retirement town, there is zero handicap ramps doors etc...Since you can walk now walk around the town look for Handicap anything you'll be hard pressed to see a Senior Citizen using a Walker you won't see Wheelchairs anywhere. Also remember your coming here to DIE fact, so make the time to check out the Hospital...Also NONE Zero of the pharmacy's have paddles for automatic doors. So don't think you'll have the full access with your Electric Wheelchair it won't happen anytime soon. I've only lived here 34 years now and Senior Frail People are not shall we say moved out of the way or shown any respect or courtesy, unlike in Orlando Florida.
