Not the most pleasant thing but seems our body’s adapt quite quickly. Then I get deeper meditations immediately after. Looked it up, guess monks have been doing it for 100’s of years. Habit 3 - water best taken with minerals which designed to balance the ‘sodium, magnesium, potassium cell pump’.. to prevent water retention in the cells ( edemia ) and always drink this mineral water before you eat - this won’t dilute stomach acids required for healthy stomach function - drink 10min before eating food.

"Slowing down in a world that is only getting faster is a super power". This is a Golden Nugget of advice, i really hope people learn this early in life. Really great info Mr. Ong👍
The hardest for me is meal plan. I like to fast using 5/2 plan. Lately I’ve found a few light meals works better than 1 normal meal. In hot humid weather I eat more nuts and berries, mango, and light cool green vegetables. 24 hour fasting feels great- mind clears, energy returns. My environment is best at 60 degrees, breezy, and partly cloudy. I worked 11 hours today and am a bit tired tonight. I started 2 journals recently- one for favorite quotes and the other for writing a daily Haiku or whatever my theme of the day is. Thank you for a great inspiring video!
I deffo use some of these habits, but I plan for the week, or the month. I have always worn a “uniform” aka the same thing every day, but making a decision what to wear the next day can be exhausting. Wear the same few staples. Meal planning, naw. Riding a bicycle is a great way to exercise. Ebikes are bringing many older adults back to cycling. Cities need to do more to encourage people to ride bicycles. Safe protected bike lanes and trails are needed so adults and children can ride safely. Speak up for bicycles in your community. Bicycles make life and cities better. Ask your local transportation planner and elected officials to support more protected bike lanes and trails. Children should be riding a bicycle to school and not be driven in a minivan. Be healthier and happier. Ride a bicycle regularly.
Best way to correct iron deficiency is to eat beef steaks and liver. Dark greens too. Eating citrus fruit or lemon water with that meal helps you absorb all minerals better. ❤

Get in nature, and especially if you can have enough privacy to be there in your skin. When at home, wear as little as you can in the way of clothing. Expose your body to some hardship...endure cold, bugs, or whatever...you will feel great after an uncomfortable moment, and those moments are what our bodies were evolved to deal with...we don't connect or challenge ourselves with where we came from any more...nature. Walk cross country...life drives us on roads and sidewalks, and divorces us from what sustains us.
I begin each day reciting positive affirmations “I trust in my abilities and believe in my cause” which energise me. The practice of self-affirmation, or regularly telling yourself positive things, works like this: Imagine your brain as a garden. Negative thoughts are like weeds that can take over and crowd out the good stuff. Now, think of self-affirmations as seeds of flowers and vegetables you plant in this garden. Every time you repeat a positive statement about yourself, it’s like watering these seeds. Over time, with enough care and repetition, these seeds grow and the positive thoughts start to take root and spread, just like flowers or veggies would in a garden. Initially, it might not be easy and it could even feel awkward to utter positive affirmations to yourself. However, with time and practice, you will get better ;)
Grateful for the feedback. Was experimenting with a few ideas. Not everything will work and why it is great to hear comments like yours to help me reflect as I continue on my TH-cam journey 🙏

Sorry to hear. Will experiment with another style or scrap it in future work 🙏
I'am there right now. 😢

If I don’t drink alcohol in the morning, I can barely move. Missed that one as your number 1 tip

Wise words 👏

Thank you 🙏
I begin each day reciting positive affirmations “I trust in my abilities
and believe in my cause” which energise me. The practice of self-affirmation, or regularly telling yourself positive things, works like this: Imagine
your brain as a garden. Negative thoughts are like
weeds that can take over and crowd out the good stuff.
Now, think of self-affirmations as seeds of flowers and
vegetables you plant in this garden. Every time you
repeat a positive statement about yourself, it’s like
watering these seeds. Over time, with enough care and repetition, these
seeds grow and the positive thoughts start to take root
and spread, just like flowers or veggies would in a
garden. Initially, it might not be easy and it could even
feel awkward to utter positive affirmations to yourself.
However, with time and practice, you will get better ;)
Love this 👏

OMG why does the camera keep going in and out, I couldn't even finish the video
Yep, not to mention the music that drives you nuts.
Grateful for the feedback. Was experimenting with a few ideas. Not everything will work and why it is great to hear comments like yours to help me reflect as I continue on my TH-cam journey 🙏
@@simonalexandero Sorry for commenting in such a jerky way.
@@Burnrate no worries at all and hope you are having a beautiful week so far ❤️
I really enjoyed your video, but the constant zooming in and zooming out was totally distracting.
Thank you and grateful for the feedback. It is something I’ve taken on board for my more recent videos where I’ve dropped this altogether 🙏
This video was good except the random zooming in and out, was distracting
Thank you and grateful for the feedback. Learning and experimenting so this is great for me to take on board for future videos 🙏
I like you

Anyone who cites Maria Abromovich as an inspiration is not of the Light.
Sorry you feel that way. I don’t know enough about her to understand where you’re coming from but simply found her exhibition she did in New York interesting in terms of what she was trying to teach the audience who attended it
@@simonalexandero she is a cannabslustic witch. Have you seen. Her Satsnic artwork?
“Simon Alexander”
Yes? 😊
