For me, it all about moving from fear-based heads-down, worker that has acheived a modicum of success to someone who is joyfully contibuting my talents and skills towards something I love and beleive in deeply. I want my head and heart aligned in what I do moving forward.

I'm not in a corporate world but I really love ur coaching techniques... I'm a domestic helper here in Saudi and dreaming to work in a cruise ship someday...tips #3 and #5 strikes me most....tip #3, yes believer (me) vs. unbelievers ... I myself experienced this...specially in the nature of my work..so degrading for a college graduate like me....but I don't care...I knew my strengths and I know what I want to be, if this is my stepping stone to my dreams I will take it, build my character, mold my skills/expertise etc...tip #5, I've been saving money how to apply in Cruise ship, I've been researching Q&A for possible interviews and most of all listening to your videos many times because its help me to be motivated and equipped....THANK YOU LINDA FOR SHARING YOUR GIFTS OF COACHING PEOPLE TO LAND THE JOB WE WANT. :)

I can't believe how much I am enamored with Linda Raynier. She is helping me so much! I know that I am about to land a job, I am not 100% qualified for. But, she is helping me to prepare myself in such a way, that I will land this job! I have an interview on Wednesday, and I will give my results...soon!

Your video hits home for me. I love your choice of words "what lights you up" and "listening to your deep inner voice". I 'try' to do this every day and try to instill this in my two growing teenage boys...some days it is easier than others. It is hard, at times, to start being brave, but when you do, it is so fulfilling inside. You are truly motivational. Thanks for sharing this.

"It came from a deep inner voice." - I think that's where the bravery comes from.
Tips " Give yourself quite time to breathe. Write out your thoughts and feelings. (Your inner voice tries to speak to you.) Stay away from naysayers. Shift from success to service.Take a little step each day."
"This is knowledge you are going to have for life once you learn how to sell yourself, It's like driving. You will remember it. You will not forget it. You will know how to do it for the rest of your career."

Linda I been watching your videos and I always hear encouragement, but can you tell us how to handle a flattering person. Thats always talking about others and likes to get people in trouble with management and also some people that are not willing to help out in the job performance. This conflict happens at a deli counter we’re some of the workers hate the counter give me some feet back on how to handle it.

Hi Linda, I have been trying to find out which job suits me best through many ways; be it quiet time or personality tests or through talking to career counsellors..but all haven't been quite successful.
is it true that for some ppl, they just have to settle on a job and make the best out of it instead of finding the right perfect job?
    thks much!!
