  • Helllooo, my name is Lilly and I thought I'd share this journey with you all. Mostly uploading this for myself as accountability and to look back on but if anyone else gets something out of it I'm glad :)

    Good luck Lilly ! One of the best thing that happened to me on my running journey was discovering physiotherapy exercises and using them to strength train inactive muscles that tend to get me prone to injuries after overuse, my advice is to keep an eye out on them as they are often not treated with the respect they deserve. You got this !!!

      @@mihai2803 thank you! I’ll look into that a bit more and try it out (: I’m doing my best to avoid injury so that sounds very helpful.
