Thank you for your words in the middle of the video “you’re worth it”, it caught me off guard and it really helps to listen to this while I’m going through tough times I’m having, mostly about self doubt.
Thanks Jesse, love ya
Hey @kaka_5002 ! The struggle with self-doubt is so brutal-keep at itl, you ARE worth it. I don't know if your "kaka" handle is what it sounds like, but if so things like calling yourself something positive seem tiny but often have huge psychological results. Maybe love yourself a little and change it somehow? Might be off track--sorry if so. Just sending you some support. Best o' luck! 🍀🦭🐣🐦🍄🌟🌀🎇

bro, I started running two months ago and then out of nowhere jesse posts he’s doing a 30 day running challenge. that fired me up, today I just did 16 miles for the first time.
it’s not the first and it won’t be the last time jesse motivates me for something. THANK YOU JESSE AND STAY RELENTLESS

Because of this video, you have earned my follow. I always thought you were a cringy gym bro TH-camr but doing this video has changed my thoughts about you. Keep killin it brother!
This video was inspirational. Day 29 when you took some time to check on your viewers and lift us up, stuff like that never registered with me in the past, but I’ve been going through it lately and that message meant a lot to me. I just got back into running and I couldn’t have found a better video to help push me through this chapter and journey of my life. Thank you so much Jesse, Godspeed
I just ran a 3:57 marathon on 7 weeks of training... the fact you did it in 30 days is simultaneously depressing and motivating

haha these types of videos are my favorite to watch! jesse, you always push the limits when it comes self-improvement, it is so inspiring!
I love the balance your videos have between being serious and being funny. It's filled with education and encouragement but comedic relief. You make me want to jump back into my training plan after I was injured in my last marathon. You got this!
I love how much effort you put into those videos.Keep up this great work. Big Respekt bro
thank u so much man!!
Your mindset changing is exactly the reason why I run daily
Very impressive! Proud of you and this motivated me as the rest of your videos do!
This made me emotional. I´m changing my life right now losing weight. I started at 92 kg and today I weight in at 85,8 kg. Been working out at the gym for a year now but this May I started to change my eating habbits and thats when the magic started to happen. I ran my first 1 mil (I think it´s 6,2 miles, I´m Swedish so the translation might not be right) last week. It took me 85 minutes and I never stopped for a break. That feeling was amazing and that´s why this video made me so emotional cause the things you say in this video are so true. Thank you Jesse for making the best videos. Always putting a smile on my face and keeping me motivated.
Amazing!
XD
Are you very tall or a man?
@@LeanAndMean44 I'm 162 cm and not a man 😆
Awesome, keep it up!
I hope you see this Jesse! I have been following your journey for several years now. I am a recovering addict the fitness saved my life. When I hear you say stuff like, "you are worth it" and "we all have those fears", it helps me push through. Being an addict, we are hard on ourselves. We feel less deserving than most, and we feel inadequate at times. When I watch your videos, it puts me in a different mindset!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart bro!
You're worth it! You've done so well recovering from addiction. Genuinely great job! Very uplifting to hear 😀
@@lemonsgalore93 thank you. I truly appreciate you saying that.
Fantastic Job Jesse! I ran my first, and thus far only Marathon back in 2021. I had a great train up and was hoping to go sub 5hr but unfortunately I got hit with Covid 3 weeks before the run, but I ended up finishing in 5:45:47 with my lungs in shambles and all things considered I'm wicked proud of that number! You crushed it man! I do 10k, 15k, and half marathons every year since. Running is great for the mind and to help decompress from a stressful life! I hope you keep it up because what you did in 30 days from being a 'non' distance runner to finishing a marathon is amazing.
this is my first video of yours and well i must say your editor ist a fin GENIUS! Damn this is so well cut and paced. Love all about it!
As a runner it is nice seeing people from other sports trying it out and realize how hard it is. Just like you running it is to me lifting weights. It is a struggle but we get it done. Understanding the difficulty in sports like body building and running is something that most people do not have. Glad to see that you are making yourself better
Dude, this one got me. When Jesse was running and talking about having no one but yourself to get you through the hardest part of the marathon… loved it. Seriously motivating
Damnnn Jesse really out here doing bigger and crazier videos. Reapect you motivate me to getting better 🤝
I knew you for a long time but this is the first video of yours that I have finished, I was inspired Thanks man!
I´ve been an active person for most my life (skating, soccer, etc) but I just started working out seriously about 3 months ago. I´ve been watching your videos for about 2 months and they are so inspirational and just make me want to keep going. Thank you for that!
Also hybrid training in the context of strength and endurance running means you need to cut back significantly on gym volume and listen to your body. Because soreness and overtraining is too easy to achieve if you try to push past the pain.
Yeah definitely, lower back recovery is crucial when lifting weights alone but with hybrid training, it’s much more important.
Don't avoid soreness, don't be dumb, study science and maximize recovery
Or you can hop on TRT like Nick Bare. It makes your recovery at least 2x faster and allows to build muscle and endurance at the same time.
@@ok-zh8pw you know being a hybrid athlete means you won’t ever become the best you possibly can in either discipline 🤣 you’re just doing both at a slightly better pace than being average
@@olegnovitski6987 even on trt you can’t deny his work ethic and discipline. It just means he can handle more volume and perform at an even higher level but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t need to put the work in. TRT does not make you run an ultramarathon lmao 😂
You are an inspiration to many. Thank you for being you dude!!
Man, you always motivate me like nothing else. stay relentless
9:59 long distance running definitely affects your mental. During peak track season this year, all my lifts plateaued, I felt like I was losing muscle, and I was always tired. But it definitely helps you stay disciplined in the long run.
so where was the mental?
No pun intended.....
@@jeremyrisingbecause you feel like your getting weaker and not improving
Love to see people getting out here and giving running a shot. I am a 230 pound guy who primarily runs for exercise (2:20 half, I just like food too much) and it always makes me happy to see someone trying to bring new faces into the scene. As an aside, with your build and skills if you enjoy running you should really look into an OCR or something, I imagine you would enjoy it.
My favorite fitness influencer by far! Honest, grateful, humble, natural, funny - love you Jess!
Love this! So inspired dude great stuff
This was the collab I never knew I needed. I’m a big fan of Nick and the hybrid athlete style. Great job man awesome work.
Been waiting for this video for a while, blows me away how fast you went with only a month of training. I'm in the process of training for a marathon myself, so it's truly inspiring to see other lifters stepping outside their comfort zones. Keep it up bro, you're a huge inspiration
what an absolute inspiration. thank you Jesse for showing us that hard work truly pays off at the end!
This has me so hyped. I only started training last week, but I’m aiming to run the local half-marathon next year.
One of my favourite videos to date!!!
Not about the finish- but the milage and the journey, the Person you become on the way there!!

I understood so much from a 27 minute video, Jesse running taught me that in life sometimes you have to be alone and work hard and the result of you being alone at that time would result in you never being alone again, because you went through loneliness and now you conquered it, and life is easier when you have someone motivating you, and if you don't you have yourself ❤
Brother you made a movie. Very motivational! I love you asked that guy what keep him motivated. Had me asking myself what that is and am going to focus more on that. Make what matters most matter more!
