I'm struggling to remove the inner lens on mine. Its really tight. How did you remove yours so easily?

You must turn it while applying the same force to both sides to remove it. There are limits to explaining with words alone. good luck.

The lens can be removed by turning it counterclockwise with strong force. I look forward to hearing from you. Good luck.

Doesn’t the red mark have to line up with the screw?

If you reassemble after disassembly, it may be slightly different from the original position.

I cannot understand what was the fault and what was the solution.
I'd like to learn about mechanics and repair, but these days it's not easy.

A common shutter problem requires disassembling and fixing every part of the camera, but I've outlined the easiest way to fix it...

@@lian68812, yes. It looks like it worked perfectly.
I like your videos. I'll see them in chronological order.
I have a *PENTONA II (Trioplan 3.5 / 45, PRIOMAT shutter)* with some of the shutter blades jammed, an alarmingly hard aperture ring and slow speeds blocked, plus a *KODAK BROWNIE REFLEX SYNCHRO MODEL* that I need to remove the shutter to clean thoroughly the lens.
But since I cannot get service manuals or guidance information, I am very afraid of disassembling and not being able to reassemble. Especially the KODAK which, although dirty, still works fine.
I want to take photos with them, but in their condition it would not be possible.
I do not know what to do...

Take a little bit slower every day while recording the disassembly process. You don't have to worry too much. Even that camara was made by man, so man can fix it. Now good luck.
