He should've been sentenced to at least 120 years in prison; the pain and damage and suffering he and his group of scamming criminals did to millions of innocent people around the world, There is no Justice in United States of America, Just because he is [ member of the Chosen one ] doesn't mean he is above the law [ or maybe, only in United States of America, [Chosen one] get free pass. JUSTICE NOT SERVED.

25 years seems appropriate. Fraud at this scale can certainly cause real consequences similar to murder. Just consider the knock on effects of defaulting on loans, rent, medical bills, even leading people to suicide. Certainly not a victimless crime.

25 years was exactly what seemed reasonable to me. How does what he did compare to what Elizabeth Holmes did? They seem ethically similar to me. She only got 11 years. I suspect that most people aren't up for putting a young woman with children in prison for 25 years and Holmes got the benefit of that.
As an aside I'm 74. I probably won't be around to see SBF get out of jail, but my dad lived to 105 so I have some hope I'll make it.

This is BS. He at minimum should have been given a 100-year sentence. I just read today that a man in Ocala, Fl (Dusty Ritrovato, 40) was given a 4-year sentence for stealing a dishwasher from a construction site. How much money was slipped into the judge's pocket?

In similar case with Full Tilt Poker in 2011 nobody got any jail time. It was a systematic theft of depositors money.

probably... They said 7.x Billion was missing... then they said they found most of it... then it was 8 Billion rounded up which was normal.... then some news outlets are reporting 9billion and 10billion... I just watched Bloomberg and now they're saying 11 Billion... It all seems fake to have a story for a need for crypto regulation etc and to scare people to invest into crypto because a lot of people don't hear anything besides the words Crypto and SBF 25 years LOL but Nepotism would definitely be important if they wanted to fake this whole story... even his EX girlfriends dad worked with Gary G... At least three of FTX's customers committed suicide due to Sam's actions. Too bad Sam can't be convicted of manslaughter. He ruined many lives and does not seem to care. He is likely to spend 20 years in prison and be out by the age of 52. I cannot imagine anyone wanting to give him a job so he is likely to pursue fraud again as it's a career he knows well.
