    Hello everyone,
    Hope you are all well. Today I would like to share with you some tips on how to do a fast flick punch and Kick. This is a movement we often see Bruce Lee use, it is fast, accurate and powerful. In this tutorial I break down the movements so you can train this at home easily.

    Hi, interesting video as always, It's cool that you're talking about Flick Punch, I think using an arm like a whip can produce a lot of power with few efforts, hope you'll explain more whip moves !

    I am Bruce Lee’s biggest fan and one day I will become the greatest fighter like him and do his goal that he did not be able to finish to make chinese Kung fu well know and in the dictionary same for jeet kune do and you sound like Jackie Chan by the way

    I’m not being rude or offend you or anyone but i study the style from my father which he study from bruce lee it was more faster than this when you used to it event when you gain weight it still the same speed and not to move the body too much. 🙏

    This is completely WRONG. Bruce was NOT stationary while throwing this technique. The flicker jab was thrown simultaneously while he shuffled forward on his front foot. The move was designed to get the opponents guard up so that his side would be unprotected. It was also the initial movement that set up the momentum for the kick that followed immediately.
