Not sure what you mean by Dex working on the surface? Dex works fine plugging into my monitor and transforms the phone into desktop mode.
But I don't know of any way to run Dex on the surface, but also, it's running a desktop OS?

You need to fix the video, it is still possable to see the barcodes/serial for a lil bit about less than a second

Forgot to change the units! But I did check- it's set for water so 1mL = 1g. Just tested it out 😅
