Make art not war 74 Ain't that the truth, my sister showed off how she was able to swipe on one of her iphone, when android had it for about 2 years prior. If you compare the iphone 7 vs samsung galaxy note 7, the 7 outperforms the iphone 7, even though the galaxy phone came about 8 months before the 7. Iphone users will always be about 2 years behind android users.
Nice review.. Can you tell us if case protects camera lense from scratches.Thanks in advance.I mean if theres any projection near lense so it can protect it when put it on a table

Does the case affect camera usage? Like when you flip it open does it block the laser sensors, the lense or the flash?
i attemmpted to use this case with a qi charger with no luck, i had to end up sending the charger back, no matter what i tryed it wouldnt charge. i may try getting a koolpad like yours. any idea why the last charger didnt work?

Would this case work to turn on a dead lg g4? I tried wireless charging without the case using the sticker and occasionally it would start up but never fully come on. Would this case change that?

The only issue that i have with this case is that i had the black leather because i loved the design, with this case it removes the point of me having the black leather, hope that they bring out a leather style of the quickcircle case.
How can I use this phone without a cover? Mine did not come with a cover but keeps asking for it.

Finally! Avideo which shows what happens when you open it all the way. (So that the front of the cover touches the back of your phone.)
I got a fake circle case, which is too sensitive. Anytime you open it all the way, the circle screen is activated. Very annoying.
I need help with case! Want to take off some of the pre installed quick settings. Like the download and music. To free up space and make it simple. Why can I not do this. Help!!!
Anna Leigh You can change the QuickCircle Apps, by going to Settings=> QuickCircle Case. On my T-Mobile version it is under the System tab in Settings. Unfortunately, Music, Camera, Settings, and Download More cannot be removed from the QuickCircle screen. You should be able to remove any of the other options though.
Can you still get Qi charging to work with the cover flipped all the way and covering the back?
Waylo That has been pretty dependent on the wireless charger I use. It charges fine with the cover flipped back on my TYLT VU and VU Pad chargers, but I've had some trouble getting it to work with the Samsung wireless charger I got with my S6 and with my Koolpad charger I got off Amazon.
What USB Battery pack is that?
Thanks for the video! So I have the AT&T version of the G4. I know AT&T are supporters of Powermat. (The only version of this case they offer is Powermat because of this.) My question is if the Qi version will work or not if I acquire it elsewhere. Thanks for any help!
Crunch Pop it turns out that the AT&T G4 actually supports Qi and PMA, unlike the G3. If you get the Quickcircle case from Amazon or another carrier it should work fine.

I think the G4 has the better camera and more fluid UI. But I still find the S-Pen to be indispensable on a daily basis so I can't give up my Note 4. I won't replace my Note 4 til the Note 5 comes out.

1- is the circle hollow or is there some sort of glass inside the circle??
2- the metal frame of the circle is it scratching the screen??

Please answer two questions:
1) does the case stay closed?
2) does it have a protected glass on the cover or does it have just a "hole?"
Robert Wilson stays closed very well. There is no protective glass on the cover, it just open. However, the case does fit great with a tempered glass screen protector so if you combine the two you won't have any worries! I am currently using there iLoome protector on my G4 with the Quickcircle case, I reviewed it here: th-cam.com/video/ZlbhixZoggk/w-d-xo.html
While I don't think the case is worth it, I did find it a bit more slippery but I have never dropped it. It might have something to do with my gigantic hands though.

Is the circle covered with a transparant plastic? or is it a gap in the case???...
Unfortunately it's a gap. The reason why i use a 0.5mm panzer screen protector, and the case will not close all the way properly with a screen protector on... :(
+TheCardPlayer thats a shame! i use a cover for the reason it doesn't get scratched when i have sharp objects in my pocket like keys... thats a huge minus for this case...
The charger that it comes with is not quick charge but if you use a quick charger it will work.... The g2 had the same feature....

Also, does it matter what charging pad i use with this cover? Because only pad i have is my wife's samsung charging pad for her galaxy s6. Would it be compatible with this case? Im new to these so i just want to make sure :p subscribed btw!
KimThought Yep, the wireless charging version of the quick circle case has NFC! Also, I have the Samsung pad that I got with my S6, I have also used it with the G4 for wireless charging with no issues!

Are you sure about this, cuz i got to decide whether to get the iphone 6 or lg g4 by Monday, last day and the only thing holding me back from purchasing the lg is the slow motion cam, if its capable of 120 at 720 i will get that one cuz i really dont like apple but i got to be sure.
RonasProductions I'm pretty sure its only 60 fps, S6 has 120, while iphone 6 can do up to 240. So go iphone 6 if you are really after slow motion video, iphone 6 is the way to go, but like you, i am not an iphone fan.

+Derek Quinones It works on the G2, G3, and G4 so far. I don't have a stylo sadly, but I believe it meets the minimum specs, so my guess is yes since it works with all the other LG devices I've tested.

I'm not using a screen protector yet, I have the iLoome tempered glass screen protector on the way. When I do that review I will do a case fit test for all my G4 cases including the quick circle.

tamer egy it should not be hot with short gameplay. My G4 gets a little warm after playing Goat Simulator for maybe 30 minutes but thats a long gaming session and an intense game. It never gets hot enough to be uncomfortable
Jeff Springer I figured it isn't normal.. I exchanged my phone for another G4 and I am still having heating issues.
having the phone charge via usb from a laptop practically makes the phone go up in flames. I think I'll just return the G4 and stick with my G2 until something else comes along
you keep saying the should have more apps...that's what i love about android..many apps will be created because of android open source..and you can buy knockoff circle case for way cheap now that work great.
+Make art not war 74 The problem is that the quickcircle cases never really have much third-party development for them. Android is great if developers are interested in a feature, but there are still very few good apps for the quickcircle case, I'm not a fan of the available stock LG apps so the case is not worth it to me. If you buy a knock-off one for $5 the features may be worth it but the quality is usually poor.

You have to go in the play store to download apps for the case!

+Petit Wazou The case fits fine, it's a little loose, but covers the screen fine. I haven't had it break, but the back scratches easily. I only use the case for wireless charging really, as I don't care much about the quick circle functionality, most of the apps are only useful if you use LG's services for Music, calendar, etc. If you like to use LG's built in apps then the quick circle apps may be great for you, but I prefer to use Google Music and it does not play well with the quick circle apps for opening music with case closed.

+Neushoorn The G4 was my daily driver until the Note 5 and Edge+ came out, I now use those phones more than the G4. Still, the G4 was my daily driver for the longest period of time this year, probably around 3 months. Thanks for checking out the video and my channel, much appreciated!

I own the quickcircle case and it's... ok. I can easily live without it. I often find myself using it just because I have it and it would be a waste of money if I didn't. I wouldn't recommend buying it, unless you can get it for $20 and under like I did.
How do you get cancer from a phone case ???
It isn't the case itself. California puts this warning on lots of things with wireless charging capability. They believe the electric field generated when charging generates ionized radiation even though most scientists agree wireless charging emits only non-ionized radiation. Overall the case probably won't cause cancer, but California has lots of consumer protection labels like that.

dont buy this case it looks flimsy. I just got the tech 21 case that folds closed and clips in and protects the g4 real well. fells great and solid in the hand and fits easily in the pocket. you dont take the leather back cover off your phone and no wireless charging but its a great case for the g4 and i got it at tmobile

Frustrating. The review highlights that the case stays *open* but does not mention at all if the case can stay *closed*. If I drop the phone does this case offer screen protection by staying closed?

Battery in the lg G4 is absolute shite
With the new update I feel its less predictable but still better than iPhone

its not the best been using it for two week now but when you learn to manage the drain it gets easier. and it's still better than an iPhone in all ways
It might not be the best, but I stayed at my cousin's for a week and she's got an iPhone 7. Her battery drains way quicker for some odd reason. I always thought iPhones had pretty solid battery life. Anyways, I usually get about 4 hours of on-screen time and the standby time is WAAAAAAAY better. The only reason it drains so quickly is because of the 2k display (Which, might I add, has two times the resolution of the best iPhone Apple has ever made and has subjectively better colors). I don't know what kind of monkey decided to put a 3000mAh battery on a phone that has a bright 1440p display.

This this is old school whack & gimmicky. The whole push for the Dokie Case(cough), is stupid. It's like fashion, have fun with the status it generates, but in the reality of it - it's a case and a bad one at that.
