    i think with recent enhancements the detailing business can now charge a deposit fee at the time of booking as well. very slick!

      Yes that is correct only on the Booking Widget/Funnel. This won't be possible via the In-App booking for now.

    There is no option to add taxes for the calendar

    can they choose multiple services at same time. lets say for home services?

      They can as long as there is more than 1 staff available for those services. This is possible from the service menu

    so in regards to the service menu, how does the system cope with booking several services in a slot. What happens if service A is available at 9am but service B isnt available until 3pm? Does it look for slots that directly follow on from one another or is a customer going to be left waiting between slots?

      @@gohighlevel Sorry Chase, are you saying they see 2 or 3 different calendars and book separately on each for each service or how is it working?

      @@19kickboxer68 Yep, you create multiple service calendars and add them to a group so they can click into the different services and book what works for them

      In the service menu, if a customer is booking 2 services, then the system checks for the time slots for both the services (with the minimum overlap - which would be 0 mins) If that is not available the second service won't be selectable for the user, since we wanted to avoid creating bookings where the customer would have to wait.
      So ex: Service A is a 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM
      Service B is as 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM
      Customer selected service A and then selected Service B
      The time slot would automatically be picked and shown to the user from
      1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
      Assuming both the service are for 1 hour duration and the staff is available at those time slots.

    It's cool, but the automation doesn't work! Above all, you absolutely have to do the receipt processing because I can't insert VAT, change the item name and can't do any automation!
