Is it currently possible to book services based on equipment/room availability instead of people's availability? kind of having separate calendars for each equipment/room. This would be especially helpful for services like spa appointments or sports equipment rentals, where a person doesn't need to be present the entire time. What do you think about incorporating this into the system?

This would have happened if your service calendars have only 1 staff member. Since the services booked for 2 people would start at the same time, you would need atleast 2 staff members available at the same time, to ensure that 2 services are booked in parallel for both the customers.

I have the next challenge, most of the clients I have come from countries whose language I can't choose by default. I tried to rearrange with codes to at least translate the months and days but I couldn't manage :(. Do you perhaps have a solution for this? The users of the calendar are sometimes older people who don't understand English, which causes bad mood....

You can add these service calendars in the Service Menu. There a customer can select multiple services and book all of them in a single booking flow and all the appointments are booked consecutively for the customer.
In order for your leads to add guests for services, you can put the Service Calendar in the Service Menu, which has the flow where the lead can add guests, choose the same service or a different one and also be able to select staff member for the guests.
So what do you select when you want to put the calendar onto a website? It just asks you to choose each one separately and makes a full calendar for just one service. This makes zero sense. You don't show how to implement this to a site when theres many different calendars plus services.

Yes you can change that. If you go to the specific calander and go to availability -> Service interval you can change the time

Hi, you just need to go to Calendar Settings > Services Menu > click the three dots icon and select "Copy Embed Code"

The Service Calendars have to be enabled first. You can ask your Admin to enable them for you.

You can check this in the calendar settings > preferences > Enable Service Menu and save
