Hey Jackie, great vid. Wondering for example for massage therapists. Can you have service menu where e.g thai massage… the user could the choose time options. 30min / 60min / 90min etc..
Really informative Jackie - been looking through your channel you've helped me a lot brother thanks ! Just a quick one if you don't mind - GHL say the default interval is 15 minutes between each appointment but you can change this with buffer size to ensure calendars have different scheduling times. I've tried this and it doesn't seem to be working e.g For a full body laser treatment that takes 45 minutes the service duration is 15 Minutes (Default - Can't change) and the Buffer Time is 60 Minutes (60-15) which should give me 45 minute calendar but it doesn't seem to apply. Have I missed a step perhaps ? Apologies if this question has dragged out, thanks in advance
Im not sure if I completely get your question. why is the service duration 15 mins? you can change it in availability to whichever time you want. so what you should normally do is if you want a 60 min slot with a 15min buffer time you would do 45min service duration + 15min buffer time.
New sub - when working with health care clinics, have you paid for the HIPAA compliance service with GoHighLevel, wondering if you use it / whether it covers Australia? Cheers
@@jackielu3067 when working with health practitioners, do you ever have people’s health records entered on high level? Eg. Client consent forms, esignature etc.
If you havn't turned on service calanders yet watch the video below

Yup 100% you could just use service calandars and configure it from there
My service menu works perfect for 1 service selected, but if i select multiple sevices, it gives error (no available slots)
hmmm does that happen for all of your sub accounts?
@@jackielu3067 only 1. This new sub account. Now its doesn't work if I choose services from different groups in service menu. Any clue?

Honestly my opinion is not really needed, only go for it if your clients are really worried about it, I do it in Aus and its fine
