Thanks this is great! If we add different elements to the forms like payments or number in party…do you have to add to the query string that gets added to the form link?
Amazing video, i have a doubt. How can I make that the QR it only can be used 1 time and when you try to scan it at the second time says that it's scanned?
Thanks for the video. It was good. Gave me some ideas. Had a question, we run a few events, thousands if not tens of thousands of people, we want to have a scan in check in process... with also not allowing people to send qr codes to other people. If they do, it notify us that this person in already. Any ideas?
Is there a way to add the specific event they attended? Also I'm not seeing any indication that the QR code has been scanned in the contact record. What am I missing?
Is the qr code server secure? as its sending the user details via a third party? is there a script we can put on our own sites for qr code generation? and could you do a video on the math increment updates? Thank you for sharing
I followed all the steps you mentioned in this video. However, when I try to add image in an email with the link that includes trigger link, GHL is not allowing me to add that link. It does not accept any link with brace brackets included. What can I do?
I have some questions. I need to know if I can aggregate the amount of people attending on one qr code, So client a purchases 4 tickets from the original check out, then goes through this and when they checkin I know they have 4 guests with them. Any IDeas
Thanks, Pat! This is definitely another high value High Level tutorial. Pasting the QR image creator link and trigger link combo doesn't seem to work anymore in the new GHL workflow builder. It says that the Image URL is not valid, so it won't save. Is there a work around to place the generated QR code in the email?
This is brilliant. How would you do it, if the form is from Stripe payment. Can you do directly on HighLevel or you still need Zapier or Make to do it?
When I go in to create the image it says that the url is not valid. Im confused because the qr generator itself is not invalid but once I add the trigger link it is invalid
I would assume so since you can charge a fee on the appointment booking calendar. I believe you can also pull their information to populate the trigger link after they purchase a product. So if you create the ticket as a product in GHL, you'll be coo that way too. Customer can enter the workflow any type of way that is possible. So either: - Book event via Appointment Calendar w/ Fee - Book event via Product Sell *If I am understanding him correctly
My guess would be to embed the checkin form onto a password protected web page. *A page with a content-lock plugin where only the admin (the event staff) has access. So anytime the person (attendee) tries to scan the code on their own before the event, they will be asked to enter a password to access the page that is locked. Just my theory, but I feel good about it aha.. Not sure if it'll work for a GHL site, but i'm sure it would for Wordpress & Wix.
It can be both. AI is just an umbrella term for a machine that completes a task that otherwise a human would need to do. AI in its most simplest form (rule based AI) could be something as simple as a trigger in your email that tells your email provider to send an email to your inbox instead of spam if it is a known contact. This is just a basic if statement that checks if something is true and then does an action. This is considered AI. A lot of people confuse AI with machine learning or deep learning which is a subset of AI. AI has been around since the late 1800's. Any computational tool that automates a task traditionally performed by humans, such as a calculator performing arithmetic, could be seen as a rudimentary form of AI. But I can 100% understand the confusion because even language models like ChatGPT often use machine learning definitions to describe AI. Then again OpenAI is a language model so we can't expect it to be perfect in that regard. Eventually, the more and more people dive into AI and have your opinion or understanding of what AI is, that definition probably will change and what you are saying will then become truth.
Pat this is absolutely amazing I’m so impressed!
This is genius Pat! Nicely done
Very cool, thank you
This serves exactly what I was looking for! Thanks you!
Another great 👍 Tutorial. Thanks Pat!
Glad you enjoyed it
@@highlevelfreaks this is great, but am i correct that under the current GHL image embed that this method won't work anymore?
My question is people are able to buy multiple tickets in an order. How do I do a QR code for two people To be checked in
Maybe add as a condition # of guest maybe on the form

following - I have the same question
Wondering have you used this for your events? If so how did it go?
How do you use this for exhibitors and sponsors leads?
This is amazing! Thank you for sharing!
Can we create a QR code that will add a tag to the contact record for which event they attended? I can't visualize how to do this.
I'm subscribed after this!
This worked 100%. Thanks!
How have you used it? Did you have options to purchase multi tickets?
Hey Pat, how do I get the QR Generator into GHL?
Thanks for this vid! How has this change if any now that high level has QR code generator
Thanks Pat
You're welcome!

Yup, you're not actually sending email/phone, but a trigger link that's obfuscated. Should be A-OK.
Pat delivers #value TY
Thanks! Let us know what other videos we can make...
Brilliant!

same issue here as well
I added the image via HTML inside the email editor & that worked!
@@ladarrellworf6896
worked for me no problems
Thanks Pat this is pretty cool. Couldn't the customer just scan their own QR code to check themselves in, though?

Same question - how do you handle multiple tickets being sold at the same time during the same transaction?
Have you tried this?
Yes
Awesome ! Thank you
No worries!

That is sad to hear! I have been looking for this solution for months and thought I finally found it....
Let's hope OP has some solution to this!

Can we scan IDs to capture the information fields? I have such request from an HR agency.

Great stuff! How do you connect this to an actual event in GHL?
Could the QR code be sent via SMS also?
Hey this is amazing! How can I get it you said its in the share funnel?

Can these be paid for E-ticket system using this exact snapshot and flows?

None of these are free
Stop calling automation, AI. Completely different.
