Hi Andrew, I noticed full relaxation and my inner "me" was risinge a little bit up over the top of my body and converting into a wide spiral which was in constant move. And it is like you mention at the end, emotions are coming up in the final sitting position and suprisingly not expected ones. As well as you say it is a good way to integrate them in a loving manner. 🙏 Namaste 💞, Sonja
You can do this closing sequence or you can do my guided Savasana video, or you can just relax on your own in Savasana if you prefer. The important thing is that you take at least 8minutes of laying in stillness to allow the energy to settle after the practices 💖
