@@anonymous66606 reduce the quantity of rice ...eat in smaller proportion(i eat 2-3cups) in the afternoon..u might just see a difference..n cut down sugar,maida, processed foods completely..u can have it once or twice in a month depending upon ur metabolism..hv only rotis at night...no rice. thats all what i personally do..try to stick to only ghar ka khana,eat foods containing rich in fibre.😁hope this helps.
