She is so sick she had to go to the ER to get IV fluids and anti-nausea meds, so I sent her your video and hope she can watch it. She says she feels like she is motion sick constantly, poor thing. I feel like I’m dying everyday. I missed work so Much already. I’m barely 7 weeks and 4 days. I just want to be 4 months. I’m miserable. It’s been 6 years since my last pregnancy and I know this is my last I am done. This is not what I expected the second time. I never got diagnosed with HG with my first I was extremely ill too I didn’t know of HG . No more :(
We are almost at the same point in pregnancy. I feel you! And I too battled HG in my first pregnancy but didn’t get help with it, looking back it’s obvious it was HG but I was too ill to leave the bathroom most of the time, let alone take myself to the doctors. This is my third pregnancy, second baby (I very much hope) and I feel worse this time! Sickness started before I’d even missed my period and I knew it would get worse so I went to the doctors begging for help, they didn’t prescribe me anything so I ended up in hospital at 6 weeks with dehydration and having lost 9lbs. Finally they’ve given me tablets and they do definitely take the edge off- still vomit throughout the day and am limited in what foods and drink will stay down. I agree with you fully- last baby. Can’t cope again. I really hope your HG let’s up sooner rather than later and you have a happy and healthy pregnancy and baby. Take care and lots of love! Xx
I hope things got better. I went to the ER today and was told I have HG. Baby measured 11 weeks & 1day although from my last scan at 7 weeks, 5 days I should be 10 weeks & 5 days. I waited 7 years to get pregnant again (baby boy). First preg. I only had mild morning sickness nothing compared to how I feel with baby #2 🙅🏽♀️ I have no desire to have another one.

OMG THANK YOU so much for this video! I can deeply relate and am in the throes of this right now. It sometimes feels hopeless and so helpless for my husband and me. The ginger biscuits!!! Same thing for me... I have gotten so much well-meaning advice on using ginger that I could vomit. (This coming from someone who drank ginger lemon tea 3X/day before pregnancy.) But it gives me heartburn now. This experience is teaching me so much about giving advice to people about diet when they're sick... and how no one knows our constitution and many don't understand how serious HG is that it's SO UNHELPFUL! I've also got a completely different perspective on those that are judging or pushing natural ways. I have always used Ayurveda as my guide, but unfortunately, right now, it doesn't help and it just makes me feel like a horrible person when people are like, "this is such a sacred time..." or how even talking about cultures where the momma gets surrounded by all the women in their community and taken care of, fed delicious foods to nourish the baby and only surrounded by love and support. THIS IS NOT REALITY for many of us and it just leaves struggling Mommas feeling horrible that they can't function without Western medication and/or don't have supportive families.
I was just diagnosed with HG, six weeks pregnant and i lost weight already got admitted in hospital for 4days just got out today i right now m sick and vomitting again b4 tht went 3times to ER for injections. I dont sleep at night smthg is wrong. I contemplate the window and think of jumping (nevr had suicidal thoughts b4) slit my wrists do anything coz i feel am already dying and its weird….pray for me and keep me in yr thoughts everybody

I am a Hg Survivor and I am curious if after being pregnant as I am now my 7th child I have to be looney tune cuz when I tell you I was looking like the walking dead my very first instance it’s so dreadful the memories still keep me traumatized but after so many pregnancies failed ones too I felt the same each one maybe poorer throughout but awfully sick. You feel like you are dying you are depressed and you try not to place blame and make it through I am currently 18 weeks this is the best I felt in weeks some relief but not fully it’s still wrenching. I actually was able to put a meatloaf together with homemade mashed potatoes green beans and be on my feet! The resolution is always Delivery for me! Wish all you ladies the best I wish they can come up with a cure for this I swear I do 😔

My morning sickness was awful, and I grabbed No to morning sickness tea. This tea is soothing first thing in the morning and helps calm my stomach so I can eat some breakfast without getting nauseous.

HG is a nightmare :(( This is my second pregnancy, and I feel worse that on my first one. And guilty too :( I am already 12 weeks, and no sign of getting better :(
I’m so sorry , I had it with two pregnancies it usually subsides 14 weeks. I was also on Zofran which helped a lot, it didn’t cure it but it helped me to keep food down
I am so so sorry, Each pregnancy mine got worse too. Have you spoken to anyone about it? Please ask for support from your GP or look up 'pregnancy sickness support' they have some great resources and support too. I remember filming this and I was still taking 3 anti-sickness tablets a day, and I felt so guilty but I had too. How are you feeling today? xx

This is so horrible. I’m only 9 weeks and I’m not looking forward to the rest😭 I can barely drink anything or keep anything down. Ice pops and tiny sips of cold water kind of helps. Laying in bed all day makes me feel even more sick. I can barely stand up to go bathroom. All the smells in my house makes me vomit, I can barely step out of my bedroom. I got prescribed so many different types of nausea relief pills, but I’m scared it’ll affect the baby.
My sense of smell is 100x worse. I have extra saliva and when I swollen it makes me even more sick. My mouth feels gross and makes me feel more sick, but toothpaste makes me vomit.
Dry toast is the worst for mine BUT breadsticks have been a godsend as well as Dried Mango pieces and starburst sweets. Find something that works for you cause there will be something out there that makes you feel slightly better

Once I could keep things down......it was incredible. The amount of times I was told you drink a cup of concrete. People have no idea of the difference between morning sickness and Hyperemesis.
I’ve been in bed for months I don’t know how people survive this and my husband doesn’t get it. He’s like just get up move around/ I just wanna be un-Alived at this point

I cant keep anything in my stomach, its been so hard barely any sleep, cant stand smells. Its my 3rd pregnancy i have never felt this way before its so horrible i feel depressed i try to do things around home but so difficult.
That was exactly how I felt, some days I would take the girls to school then not move all day. just ether vomiting or being nauseous. It was my third baby too! I would try not to put pressure on yourself to do anything you don't absolutely need to. Have you spoken to your midwife or GP? It really does affect your mood so much. I don't think people get HOW hard it is. Are you taking any medication at all? xx

Struggling with hg for my second pregnancy at 11 weeks. This one is moderate compared to the first maybe because i was particular about medication and IV this time. I am being forced to take prenatal vitamins but the smell makes me sick and i don't know what else to do. I don't want to keep feeling like a bad mother. Who else is struggling with this. No one seems to understand
This is a nightmare im worried but having greek yogurt or frozen yogurt before food or as a meal replacement is saving me and also stop taking anti acids substituting them for aloe vera or kefir , take electrolytes pills too

I've just found out I am 7 and half weeks pregnant, past few days just felt sick and then was sick just the once. Yesterday I was sick 3 times, ended up in A&E luckily I wasn't dehydrated as I thought I was. I'm so glad I thought I was the only one. But is it normal to think about foods ans you instantly just feel sick and might even gag? The antisickness tablets that you mentioned I have got given them, but only take one in the morning, but I then be sick within the hour, also makes ne feel dizzy when walking, which then leads me to feel sick. Just want to feel good again, think of food and just eat it and not feel the urge to bring it back up 🥺
I was just given cyclizine.. it made me sick even more. I vomited double the amount then I normally would. Went hospital they still gave me a shot of same medication. Now I'm on metoclopromide. Not sure if it's working yet. I'm almost 9weeks preg too

Am going though all this right now am feeling every word girl its so hard sometime to even go to the bathroom am using a medication to help with the vomiting what to do about the low energy short of breathe an discomfort
I can drink but eating🥴 i haven’t eaten In 2 days, I’ll be so sick sometimes I’ll have to force myself to throw up because I’ll feel so sick but nothing will come out. To the point I’d actually be drooling but can’t throw up . It scares me that I can’t eat because my baby of course needs my body to be healthy. It definitely makes me depressed and just like my physical health is important for this baby so is my emotional and mental health 😕 I’m really praying after my 1st trimester it’ll settle down

I am 11 weeks and I got prescribed some ginger piles and it tell you on the bottle that you have to eat with it I got so mad and 3 or 4 times in and out of the hospital sucked I threw up water today.. I’m under weight too and lost 10 to 15 pounds 😭 I’ve never felt so weak and dead
Mother Freckle you’re okay :) I had my bb boy last month I eventually got over the nausea around the 3rd trimester with a Zofran pump after getting the pump I gained 30 pounds and had a healthy 8 pound baby boy

The antisickness tablets that you mentioned I have got given them, but only take one in the morning, but I then be sick within the hour, also makes ne feel dizzy when walking, which then leads me to feel sick. Just want to feel good again, think of food and just eat it and not feel the urge to bring it back up 🥺
I was just given cyclizine.. it made me sick even more. I vomited double the amount then I normally would. Went hospital they still gave me a shot of same medication. Now I'm on metoclopromide. Not sure if it's working yet. I'm almost 9weeks preg too

How do you drive kids to school when feeling so sick? I had HG for my previous 2 pregnancies, but I could just stay home. Now, they go to school.

Am going though all this right now am feeling every word girl its so hard sometime to even go to the bathroom am using a medication to help with the vomiting what to do about the low energy short of breathe an discomfort
I can drink but eating🥴 i haven’t eaten In 2 days, I’ll be so sick sometimes I’ll have to force myself to throw up because I’ll feel so sick but nothing will come out. To the point I’d actually be drooling but can’t throw up . It scares me that I can’t eat because my baby of course needs my body to be healthy. It definitely makes me depressed and just like my physical health is important for this baby so is my emotional and mental health 😕 I’m really praying after my 1st trimester it’ll settle down
Going through the same thing at the moment. If you can’t keep food down you really should go to the drs or hospital they will give you some relief. Hope you feel better soon. 🥰

Try to use Kirkland Sleep Aid, which helps!!!!!! Also, go on Amazon and buy magnesium spray to but on the bottom of your feet daily. If you can't get it, go to the pharmacy and by Magnesium in tablet form and Vitamin B6 in tablet form!!! Stay strong and I'm sending love your way, because I understand your suffering. -3 HG pregnancies here
I am 11 weeks and I got prescribed some ginger piles and it tell you on the bottle that you have to eat with it I got so mad and 3 or 4 times in and out of the hospital sucked I threw up water today.. I’m under weight too and lost 10 to 15 pounds 😭 I’ve never felt so weak and dead

Mother Freckle you’re okay :) I had my bb boy last month I eventually got over the nausea around the 3rd trimester with a Zofran pump after getting the pump I gained 30 pounds and had a healthy 8 pound baby boy
@@user-vc5qr1vt4m is a Zofran pump an IV that you’d get at the hospital on occasion? This is what ended up helping you gain weight again?
