as a ruger 22/45 fan i purchased this firearm because of the good feedback.i put a holosun 507kx2 on it and shot 200 rounds of aguila and i'm pleasantly surprised.i wouldn't normally buy a taurus.this pistol so far is fantastic.
The Ruger mk3 is my favorite 22 pistol but my dads ran like shit when we took it out years ago. For myself i was looking at the 22/45 but this is way more affordable and seems more reliable as well
I just ordered (for TX22 ) a new barrel from "LakeLine" marksman barrel precision cut lands&grooves and the optic cut slide . I'd like to get the compact model soon , super nice Set .
I like the TX series, but I was hoping they would have made one similar to their “G” platform. I own a TX22, but jumped to Glock due to them having their 44 which is literally a copy of the G19 which is what I EDC

I like Taurus. I have a G2C and have never had any issue from it. And the simplicity for cleaning is a nice bonus.

Only complaint is the thread protector, it's constantly getting loose. 🤷♂️
You can put a really tiny drop of blue loc-tight on the threads and you should be good to go.

Just got mine out of layaway, run2 mags through it, I think I'm going to really like it
Using a slide stop does not cause a problem. The gun will take harder hits when cycling through the live rounds.
I absolutely love mine
My only complaint is that mine shoots about 2 inches high from where it should. It groups really well though.

Those plastic mags are horrible
I have both TX22s and the G44. The Glock is absolute junk. The trigger is atrocious. The TXs are soooo good
