if you go into steam and then your library, right click CS then go down to properties. After that go to launch options on the bottom on the screen that should pop up, there you can set in game resolution and other stuff. So for your resolution it would be -w 1920 -h 1080. h is for height, w is for width, you do need the - in there as well for the game to recognize the command. Just an idea but since so many people prefer viewing in 16:9 why don't you just record your gameplay later off a demo and change the resolution before you record. This way you can still play at your preferred resolution and give the viewers 16:9.
Is esea only for the players on US or if i have an insanely good Internet connection (which i dont have) i can play from such a far distance like Europe ?

Do you really shoot much straight when you got like 800x600? Cuz I got much higher but I shoot pretty straight anyway, and I use so high cuz I dont see so good:P
I dont get that ? :S I used to follow that advice for years just because Heaton said that in his gaming academy series, but recently i switched to 1024 x 768 , My gameplay actually improved because the heads become more clear at long range, and i get headshots more frequently now

rate 20000 cl_cmdrate 105 cl_updaterate 100 ex_interp 0.01 Now I will explain. rate should be 20000 because the rate are from Quake I think there it was a maximum was 25,000 and then they started to put cs 1.6 too 25,000, and in fact there is no difference between 25k and 20k,20k is even better. Upderate 100 because of your fps. When you play fps which is 70 your upderate should you be 70 Cmdrate 105 because on the net_graph next to your ms stands 105 and so much needs to be upderate. This is just a rough explanation

500 and 2.75? Wow, I use 500 and 2.5, people tell me its really fast. Everyone ive met uses 400-450. Then like 1.5 or 2 in game, but when i am going into a bomb site, and have to look around really fast, I hate using my whole arm. So, 500 and 2.5 is a good mix of low and high. :))

Usually yes, if you do less than 20/360 decrease your sensitivity.
