My oldest son is in his early 20's and he has type 1 diabetes. But thank God for this piece of article th-cam.com/users/postUgkxVYhghKWmrUgXARZ_ydZTvmmcrw5L0I5i At first he thought he had the flu and was lying down on the bed for three days until his sister took him to the hospital. They took his blood and it was 600. What I do not understand is how he could have gotten it, since no one in the family has it. But he is winning the battle now. This is good stuff.

*My daughter drinks lots of water and urinates with the same rate, there are no other symptoms to show if those have anything to do with diabetes. This is a good information that I have gone through **Diabets.Care** She is 2 years 9 months, hale and healthy, have not done any blood test. But I am not certain if one can get diabetes at such a tender age. Please I will like to know more on that*

You have been diabetic a long time. Just wanted to let you know that type 2 diabetes is reversable. You do not need to spend the rest of your life with this & its associated conditions. However, you will not achieve anything by following the advice on this channel, it is truly awful verging on dangerous. Recommend Dr Sten Ekberg on youtube to help you treat your diabetes effectively. All the best 😘

Do not overeat cashews. Limit the daily intake to 30 gms. Eating more than that quantity may cause rise in blood sugar. Limit pistachio also to that limit. At the same time you can have upto 100 gms of other nuts together, like almonds, walnuts, pecan, brazil, macadamia etc. Avoid peanuts as much as possible.

Yes sir you are absolutely right
I never take peanuts but cashews, almonds and walnuts are on my menu. I am regular runner from kashmir and here right now in the heart of winter here with temperature of - 4 to 6 I do intermittent fasting and drink lemon water in morning so that citrate can neutralize oxalate contents in nuts.
Best to use them in winter and supplement your drinks with citrus fruits

Almonds are high in oxalates. Is which contributes to kidney stones. One of the healthiest nuts out there is actually a Brazil-nut.

Can't believe cashews are included in this list when they are a huge keto no no due to their high carb content & macademia which are the top keto friendly nut only just made the list. Almonds are debatable due to their high levels of omega 6 increasing inflammation. Where did they get their data from? Lol
