actually Hulk is in general especially fond of Spiderman. becasuse he's one of the few if not only heroes who generaly is nice to him. who treat him as a friend(who may need help to not do wrong) and not a bomb always at the verge of going of.
Hulk and Spidey have a lot of parallels, both have lost loved ones, both are treated poorly by the public at large, both have been let down by every team they thought were friends, and both still try to do the right thing even if nobody will give them any credit for it.

Spider Man is one of the best hero’s in Marvel. Not because he’s powerful or anything but because he relates to the people around him. Because Peter is quite possibly one of the best people you can come across to be a friend. Despite all the bad things that have happened to him, instead of letting it take over him and becoming a horrible villain or a monster. he does the complete opposite, he becomes a person to make sure that no one ever feels what he's felt and gone through. That's why Spiderman is one of my top superheroes if not the top superhero on my superhero list.
