You have the best local content! Your photography is excellent and I’m really enjoying learning about all the various countries and cultures through your lens!
How funny that all that stuff is from Bali! I expect you'll be stopping there in a few months time!. How great to see a thriving local market with fresh produce - a disppearing notion here in the UK - unless it's an 'artisanal' market where they can charge three times the price...how nice to get back to your nicely made up cabin and do whatever you fancy - a shower, swim, balcony, nap, read - it sounds perfect!
He was thinking about the cactus but the ship crew won't allow fruits, veggies, plants etc.. on board. We can bring on packaged goods. We are not allowed to take fruits and veggies etc. off the ship either.
Saw your video right after watching one from the homelessnes in California. Glad to live in La Serena...but next time try to pick a different bear...we have better ones!😅
You are the only channel who vlogged this port, I was confused and didn’t know where this is or how I missed it, until I double checked the ship itinerary. Thanks for keeping up ❤
Thank you for sharing your trip. I was on the cruise Segment 1 from Miami and just got off last month at Los Angeles I follow your Segment 2 now. Sharing your videos with my family and friends (Australia 🧡) We love your videos very much (everyone) ❤️ 😊 😀 💖 Thanks and safe travels
Glad you're enjoying the virtual cruise with us. 🛳 It's awesome to have you aboard, all the way from Australia! Cheers and here's to more adventures together. 🇦🇺🌏"
So enjoying following your trip around the world! Love how you do your own thing instead of being herded with the rest of the passengers on the boat. You looked so nice in the Alpaca Cardigan 😊. Did you buy it? Gail
We're really happy you're enjoying our trip. Doing our own thing is our favorite part, too. It's great to skip the crowd and explore on our own. Glad you like that about our adventures!" I did buy the cardigan and it came in handy during our trip to Cusco, Peru.
Are you allowed to bring any fresh produce or flowers or plants back to the ship? The fish market looks super. Local markets here in Dallas have such a limited selection of fish. It seems Zaro might be his happiest when he has a cold beer and some food. Thanks for another great video.
It is easier for the local vendors to receive cash in their currency. We try not to exchange too much at a time but at the end we just spend the rest before boarding the ship. Also, we converted say for example Peso's from Argentina to Chilean currency at the money exchange place in Chile.
I'm from La Serena, Chile.
What a beautiful part of the world you’re from. Thanks for watching and connecting with us! 😊
Zarco makes me laugh…every port town looks like a good place for a cold beer 😉
You have the best local content! Your photography is excellent and I’m really enjoying learning about all the various countries and cultures through your lens!

Thanks and there's more to come, so stay tuned!"
I love that Sarko bought the cactus for your cabin - a little something green in the middle of all that blue ocean. Thanks for another great video.
He was thinking about the cactus but the ship crew won't allow fruits, veggies, plants etc.. on board. We can bring on packaged goods. We are not allowed to take fruits and veggies etc. off the ship either.
Oh, Zarko! We have so much better beer here!

Looks incredible! Such an interesting place!
We enjoyed the fish market and all of the action there the most. It was fresh fish, ceviche and every kind of shell fish one can imagine.

My first job was Chuck E. Cheese’s - that’s crazy they have a location there!!!
Great video again! I need to know if you did buy that alpaca jacket? The colour really suited you 😉
Yes, so glad I did get the sweater. Came in handy during the cold temp. in Cusco.

Not allowed to bring any produce back to the ship.
I just have to know, did you get the alpaca jacket? It looked beautiful, and I KNOW it would be so warm! And that dress is lovely.
Yes I did, you will see me wearing it soon in Peru
Seeing you are paying with local currency, what do you do with the remaining cash at the final port of that country?
It is easier for the local vendors to receive cash in their currency. We try not to exchange too much at a time but at the end we just spend the rest before boarding the ship. Also, we converted say for example Peso's from Argentina to Chilean currency at the money exchange place in Chile.
Can you also show us about life on the cruise ship?
So busy doing the port visits however, we have several sea days between L.A. and Hawaii and plan on showing more of the ship and life aboard.
So many street dogs in South America!
