La Serena es hermosa... Su centro histórico maravilloso. La Avenida Francisco de Aguirre con sus estatuas que se puede decir ... Lo que si no entiendo, como es posible que nuestro patrimonio tan preciado este todo vandalizado... Hasta cuando vamos a aguantar a todos esos indecentes que destruyen todo... Sera posible que no haya una política de estado para proteger nuetro patrimonio ??? O es una política e estado no protegerlo? Pregunto?
