Front Ribbed tire on the ALL NEW LOSI Promoto MX

AK RC Products made us a front ribbed tire to try out. It has its benefits, but its not enough to want to keep it on. Playing in the sand is completely different than on dirt, gravel, or street.

They need to make that front like the Kings Sand Rib with 3 ribs, the single one will just help it plow into the sand instead of keeping it ontop of the sand, especially considering the weight of the bike. Still, so stoked to see the development! Keep it up!!!

It's not always that windy here, but it is a lot of the time. Doesn't stop me from going out and playing, though, lol.

Yes, but the sand and the paddle take a ton of power away, so it looks slower. Im guessing I was hitting 25-30 mph in the sand.

What are yiur thoughts on the stock radio? How is the range on yours? Mine has very limited range. About 100 feet or so range. I am disappointed by the range. That is the type of range I would expect from a toy grade radio. Not, a hobby grade, or spektrum radio.

My range seems to be pretty good. The bad part about changing the radio is you will lose the 3 driving modes on the dirtbike, which really helps with the handling of the bike.

Could you tell me about the skid plates you’ve made would you be willing to make some to sell

I used rc4wd scale diamond plate, cut and bent them to my desired shape and use a bolt where the training wheels go, I have a website www.rcnutshobbyshop.com but we don't have anything for sale there yet.
