- Join me for a quick 10-minute prenatal yoga practice designed to relieve tension in the hips and lower back! This session includes all seated poses that can be done on the floor or carpet, even without a yoga mat. I loved doing this routine on the carpet next to my bed before bedtime to loosen tension from the day, or as a quick reset during the day if my hips and back were bothering me too much. This practice is suitable for all trimesters, providing gentle relief and relaxation at any stage of pregnancy. Remember to listen to your body and modify or skip poses that don't feel right. Enjoy!
