It feels like the management does not really want people to redeem the coupon in my location. They made up lots of excuses like the manager was not there at the moment, the scanner app not working, etc. They ask you to come back next week to redeem it. Of course, in the next week when the coupon is no longer "fresh", they tell you they were all redeemed. It seems to me the management is reserving the quota for their people. Not cool.
