2 large avocados
1 teaspoon freshly-squeeze lemon juice
1 can ( 350ml ) sweetened condensed milk
2 pack all purpose cream
pinch of salt

Hi jen v.! Since you've tried it, how was the sweetness, was it too sweet or just nice? I would love to try tis. But 1 canned of condense milk is a lot for me! Worry it might be too sweet .

You can speed up reaching stiff peaks by freezing your bowl and whisk and by making sure your cream is really cold. I’m not too sure what went wrong but my ice-cream turned out rock-hard 🥶 but it’s scoopable naman when it melts.
