Hi, I’m a certified Olaplex stylist. I recommend mixing the 6&7 before you blow dry. The heat activates the oil preparing for a smoother press. Don’t overuse the #7. A little goes a long way. You would only add a little bit of #7 for your finish to smooth down flyaways.

Great tips! My hair is to my tailbone and I also use the olaplex system. Next time try to flat iron without hitting your ends, stopping 3 inches from the root or mid length and wrapping it overnight. You'll get the most beautiful shiny bounce ever!

I love olaplex. I use no 0, no 3,and no 4. My hair has never been better. Whether I sttatghten it or throw in some lazy twists and braids to wear around the house. My only complaint is no 0 takes forever to absorb in your hair.

Absolutely gorgeous results! Loved seeing all of the products used on natural curly hair so I can get an idea of what it can do for me! So far, I've only used #5 once and LOVED how soft it made my hair feel. And that's just one product from the line. I can't wait to see how even more of these products will make my hair feel!

I straightened my hair before I went to Miami once. It poofed up as soon as the plane doors opened and I ended up wearing a ponytail the entire trip. 😂😂 Good luck.

@@RachelAdina 😁 Yeah, I went in June so it was partially my fault but I didn't think I'd be that bad. I was pissed because I literally did it the night before. I packed, straightened my hair then I boarded the plane at midnight, was able to keep it from messing up while asleep on the plane and then the plane landed at 7 am and it was like straight hair be gone😭😭. Mine was a total waste of time but I am glad yours faired better.

I've used their products for almost a decade their products are hidden jewels no matter what texture. If you have damaged hair they have protein treatments that are amazing to strengthen it. It's also the best ever to help with coloring and restore from the damage.
Olaplex doesn't have proteins in. It's a bond reconstructor.
@@sianmoore1129 please read the ingredients it does have protein especially in olaplex 3 it contains some but it isn't a hard protein ( which should only be done by a professional so they can rehydrate your hair cause too much protein can break thet hair off) as well as a bond realignment and if you're a licensed colorist as I am its very healthy to use as well as some other products they provide to keep it from excessively shedding after heat or color. It works within in the hair fiber at a molecule level. Maybe I should have explained further for some. 😊

I got Olapex no 3 & 6 for Christmas and I learned the hard way to follow up with a Moisturizing DC and not a protein DC of any kind. Love their products though.
