I could not live without Feta!😯
I like your sense of humor Akis...We use the words interchangeably, prawns and shrimps. So I will cook my prawns and then cook my shrimps *then cheesy grin*. lol
Why do I keep watching these videos when I am far away from a kitchen?
This looks so delicious!
It will be good too with pastis the French ouzo 🥂
Akis equal great greek food & beautiful greece
When he made see food it's seem the excellent high end
What a tasty looking recipe, thanks a lot for sharing Akis. I always like your greek videos a lot, and they bring me a little bit of Greece into my apartment in Switzerland.
Gotta say, I made this the day you released it and absolutely loved it. Flavor is on point and the texture is incredible, very similar to an excellent risotto but without all the work on the stirring front. This is truly a weeknight meal and was a real winner on the leftovers department as well. Thanks for sharing this amazing recipe!
I had the best lamb youvetsi and eggplant saganaki at Lefteris in Agios Nikitas!
Another great recipe. Efharisto Akis
You always make delicious looking dishes. I want to make this. I love shrimp and orzo. ❤Dig your channel thank you.
Indeed, orzo pasta is treated as Italians treat risotto. I am not certain whether trahanas (frumenty) could be used in this recipe. It's more of a summer recipe, to be fair, considering that ouzo reminds us of the islands and seaside, plus tomatoes in the summer are the best for sauces. It's not just garlic and prawns, tomato sauce needs garlic! Cheers. P.S. for those who wish to add a twist and not call it Greek, substitute ouzo and feta cheese with vodka and any cheese of your choice. Also, saffron could elevate it, add it to the stock :).
👍 Great 💞 😊
It's screams Ellada :D
This dish looks delicious!
The best!!!! I am making it this weekend😊
Great presentation. You have a new sub. Beafifull cooking.🎉
😍
I will be making this on the weekend. It looks amazing!
What time is dinner?
Thank you for the great recipe! I bought shrimp without shells, so I used vegetable stock mixed with fish sauce instead. We enjoyed it last night, and also enjoyed the cold version of it we had today. Yum!
I’ve been following you for 7 years and I love your recipes!!!! This one looks amazing!
😍
the best chef ever

Ah this recipe looks amazing, easy to prepare and cook, I am going to make this over the next weekend, thank you for posting. Fabulous as always Akis, you are a very talented Chef, I have a request, do you have a recipe for Greek semolina cake, I remember my Yiayia baking it many years ago but never had the recipe, so I hope you either have a presentation that I haven't come across or are able to create one, yassou Akis, xx
Thank you 😁 Here's the recipe for Ravani (Semolina Cake) 😉 akispetretzikis.com/en/recipe/1802/ravani
Ah thank you so very much Akis, I really appreciate it 🤩 cant wait to make this now woohooo lol@@akispetretzikisen
Another wonderful recipe! If only I could get orzo..😢
You could put spaghetti between two towels on the chopping board and break it up with the pestle or you can use some small type of pasta (e.g. macaroni) or even rice and make actual risotto.
Macaroni! Of course. Thanks Akis
I die with your English accent😂😂😂
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
🤤
One, five...lol
😋😋😋😋😋😋
Is the feta cheese in Greece as salty as it is in the USA, never liked it because of it being extremely salty that I feel it is inedible…
This is funny to me. I am from Greece/Living in Greece and i never liked that most fetas are NOT salty :D I actually like salty feta !
Akis are you married ? Asking for a friend😛
Orzo doesn't like me 😒I prefer your mussels with lemon rice!! 😍
The lovely sexy chef, great recipe. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Love it
