So true! Great explanation. I will follow your journey & join along. I’ve been working out for 6 years & technically never bulked. I am a little over 2 months into my transition & have not had top surgery so the fat goes straight to the areas that give me the most dysphoria.
char Canty It can be hard to gain body fat, especially when it triggers dysphoria. I struggle with that too. Props to you for working out for 6 years! That’s serious consistent effort. If you have any questions regarding bulking, feel free to reach out!
I'm struggling with sweets and fatty foods. Eating healthy is my main goal, but as I have been on T (six months) I have found that I need to build muscle, and I want to be a big tank. I'm built pretty willowy but I'm getting shoulders. I'm 25, almost 26. Eating healthy for me is also important for my teeth.
Okay, i have juste download your program (even it's in english because i'm french). 😂 It's a hugh problem for me, but i have some friends who can maybe translate for me. My second shoot of T is the 13 of april, i begin a new job the 23 and i'm looking for a appatement (i'm living whith my ex for now). 163cm 62kg I'm ready 😉
I’m just getting back into exercising because of depression keeping me from doing the things I love doing. I’m just starting and i am kind of a hard gainer. How do I tell how many calories I eat every day
