      Sure thing! Here are my starting stats for this bulk...
      Weight: 184.8 BF 20% Height: 5' 7"
      Measurements: Biceps: 15in, Forearms: 11.5in, Calves: 15.5in , Shoulders: 50in, Upper Legs: 25.5in, Butt: 42.5in, Waist: 35in, Chest: 43.5in

    I'm so bummed, I entered in my measurements on My fitness pal when I first started out my weight loss, I can't retrieve the measurements anywhere!!! SUCH a bummer!!! I really wanted to compare my old to new measurements!

      Ah, that is a bummer! Maybe they moved where they are located? You could reach out to their support line on their website... maybe they can retrieve. I recommend keeping your own records in a document, on paper, or a spreadsheet. Google Sheets is a handy way to keep spreadsheets and access them anywhere.

      @@rivereastwood2905 I tried contacting the company, they only hold information for 1 year :( I thought I wrote my measurements down in one of my notebooks, but I have a LOT of notebooks and can't find out where I put the one I had it in lol
