Sorry im late but its not the wheel that sends out the force feedback coding and tells itself what to do, its the game that sends out the non realistic force feedback coding
Just so your aware this wheel over heats after 30mins of playing. I ended up making 2 vents in the front and installed 2 fans to blow to the back. Sorted my problem.
@Jim Bob the clutch on this will not help, there is no feedback, might as well be a button. I have a fanatac setup now, and it is still far from a real bite feeling
its basically like the wheels on arcade racing wheels that pull your arm around, very resistant and move on their own, you even have to keep the wheel straight like on a real car. pretty much makes every racing game show their true potential
Do car wheels actually shake around like that though? No car I've ever driven has had such a shaky wheel.. I mean, there would have to be something wrong with the car for it to shake that much
Can you like "move" the wheel. Like slide the wheel from in front you to another part of your desk? Or when im not using it i have to completely take it off my desk and when i want to use it, i have to install it again.

I don't have any experience with force feedback computer stuff but doesn't it feel strange when the steering wheel moves so much? Is it possible to switch it off at all? Or does it really help a lot towards a more realistic feel with for example the Truck Simulator 2 ?

Yes, the power brick is needed to power the FFB motor and from the sounds of it, also the sensors to determine rotation, more power than a USB port can deliver is required.

@weterman4320 works good in all games. The difference between this and the g27 is the gearing, its not so loadin the g27 but the shifter does not have trip-tonic. You can get the g25 secondhand for about 150 euro and the g27 from 200-250. If you have more cash then that get a fanatec gt3 wheel, much better
I love racing & I want this but I felt wasted to spend my money to buy this because I cant use it in other types of games, I'll try using my tab as steering wheel
Anthony Steele the wireless wheel for the 360 is surprisingly good. you have to learn a whole new technique to driving, but once you get it, it's great. completed the original forward horizon with it. was bloody good.
27 is 27 i've had it for 3 years, still works like new, really quiet one, gear shifter is great and the pedals. G25, this, i tried, it almost broke my damn arm, it is really a waste of money, and not to talk about estethics, it's ugly as fuck.

The problem with the wheel moving while stationary is the fault of the game. Even controllers vibrate while stationary in that game

there is a reason for having brake and accelerater further apart.. dimlo.. its called heal and toe ..

if you buy the xcm f1 converter it will work however it won't work exactly right(clutch and H shifter don't work H-shifter works as sequential).

you can choose if you want that or not in the logitech software, if you do turn it on you can also choose the force of it
