- How did this glitch get discovered? Reverse engineering.
Anyways...this glitch lets 18 characters (including the Mii brawler) face backwards. Not a lot of moves get messed up by this, but it's super funny to do.

lmao, Know one gets the joke? Back In Brawl, Most characters faced backwards while in the opposite direction.
Weird listen very closely at 2:46 and you hear kirby jump twice when he can't even double jump when he has his hammer in mid air.

Fez, this glitch, as you've already said works with Charizard right? Well as some people may know Charizard's forward tilt has different hitboxes if they're hit with the flame or the tail. And this hitbox is done using the Z-axis, (Charizard will always get a sweetspot ftilt on 2D stages because of this) Do you know if the hitbox is changed somewhat when Charizard is turned around?
This is mostly just out of interest. Don't bother finding out if you can't be bothered.
Yeah, I'm not sure. I didn't test that kind of stuff. Just things that were visually appealing.
I umm... discovered a glitch where stepping on a spring launches you off stage, even through walls. Do you have a fanmail Gmail account or something like that?

I think that Charizard's head turn is because it's normally pointed in between facing straight towards the camera and straight ahead, and the flip makes him turn his head 45° away from forwards instead of towards it.

Some of the copy abilities act differently when performed in the air.
Hey FEZ PEZ whats up. I just wanted to tell you that there are 4 glitches i have discovered that you didn't know. #1 Kirby sword size glitch:Have kirby get big and inhale cloud then you make him normal size, once you use his neutral special the sword is bigger than kirby, you can even do it with poison mushroom.#2 Ganondorf sword glitch:Have another character use a timer then use ganondorfs down taunt and you notice that his sword is in the wrong position.#3 Olimar hover glitch:Go to luigi's mansion and have olimar to the top of the breakable platform and spam his grab while the other player breaks it and once its broken olimar will be floating in mid-air,you have to keep spamming the grab to stay longer.#4 Roy unsurrounded in ice glitch:I was in delfino plaza and i had roy do his neutral special fully charged with the freezie all put together(do 1/4 speed holding a button and have the screen paused and keep pressing the freezie icon until you can't)hit the freezies and all 3 marios at the same time with the speed of 1/4 or 1/4 holding the button and you notice that roy is in his frozen animation but not surrounded by ice. Thats all and if read this, PLZ put all in one video and feature me at the end of the video.Your the best:-)

This might not matter but in the 3ds version in smash bros if you have the dlc stages you can time the stage select so that you hit random but than it slides into the more stages than its guaranteed to be not formed battlefield even if you form it. If you are confused just tell me

This glitch once happened to me during a competitive match. So it doesn't have to be items for it to work. The thing, I don't even know how that happened

Actually, this reminds me of brawl, since a lot of characters actually show their back to the screen when facing a certain way.
Maybe this was intentional so that Nintendo could use it for trailers where they faced the screen!
But what about the 5-6 characters on Coliseum...that glitch would be useful...

I found a glitch in Boxing Arena with Wario... kinda like the self drivin bike glitch but u use the bike in the air so it hits that rubber thing just right to where he jumps crazy high IN his bike.
After further inspection, Olimar wasn't grabbing ANYTHING.
Did you figure out how he got stuck?
FEZ PEZ Mabey since there is no pikmin he can't escape, but if there is no pikmin he can not grab.
You can also do it while charging a side smash backward

I found out a glitch.
What you need: Olimar/Alph
Stage: Any that has disapering platforms (Luigi's Mansion, for starters)
You need to mash The Grab button on said disapering platform, and when it disappears Olimar will be flying in the air (you still need to be mashing grab, Pikmin Allowed
So when Olimar/Alph is attacking an opponent with a grab, they'll be floating when the platform disappears? That's pretty funny. I'll check that out.
FEZ PEZ Not when you are in the state of grabbing someone, but using it without grabbing. This is useful for Sudden Death on Wuhu Island, as the Bob-Ombs don't spawn on the bottom of the stage.
Stages You can do it on: Wuhu island, Luigi mansion, Mario Circuit,Delphino Plaza, Garden of Hope (2p needed to brake the bridge and upside down Bowl, Falling platforms Can NOT do the glitch) Rolling Crates can do the glitch as you can stand on top of them and they can disappear.
Ah...I got it. Yeah, this is very broken. I went online and just stayed on the bottom of the screen for practically the whole round. Everyone was amazed.
Also when I was on the Lost World stage, as olimar at the edge of the stage when the windmill was going counter clockwise, I mashed grab and Olimar grabbed onto something and could not let go, So it is a good Death strategy, but why would you WANT to die?
What did he grab on to? And how could you not let go?
The copies abilities for Kirby look better backwards.

There have been previous findings of ways to clip through Corneria (With Pikachu). It probably happens due to unstable seams in the ship's collision (surface).

I don't think you can mix them. When you're facing the screen, you can't turn around. And Captain Falcon can't even do this glitch anyways.

You can use the Cape/Super Sheet to turn them around while they're taunting.

i made a level called secret hideout and it is saved
i wanted to play it with my friend and it did not appear and i was not in 8 -players smash
i was where you can play your levels and it did not appear and when i go back to stage builder it is still saved
help pls.
I've never encountered anything like that. (Although, I do sometimes spend a couple minutes trying to find a stage a just created). All I can tell you is to look twice or this may just be a one-in-a-million kind of glitch. If it is a glitch, you can always upload it from the stage builder menu and then download it so you have two. Maybe that would help.
I did make more stages than 4 and none of them worked...
I also looked like 7 times.
(edit) i just noticed i have 2 stages with the same name and i did not change the name of them.
