      Yes fresh is quicker to cook but fresh in the majority of cases isn't really fresh it is a few days old.whereas frozen at sea Is so much superior In the majority of cases. Yours truly Mr Stuart Cudlip

      Fresh Fish in UK generally means kept on ice for up to 10 days..! Give me blast frozen at sea any day.
