I noticed you didn't put silicone sealant between the door and the speaker/spacer, that's a big mistake, my car leaked tons of water through the speaker and flooded the interior, and i had to pull all the seats and lift the carpet and dry it out and reseal the speaker.
Water is not supposed to leak from between the door and the spacer. If water is leaking from there, you got a different problem. FYI, mine never leak water from that area, and it's been over a year since I did the upgrade.
Sweet video man, really different to how most would go about it with those vampire connectors :D The only thing id say is make sure you seal with weather foam tape around the back of the speaker to spacer and then spacer to door sheet metal for the best sound :D (it stops sound waves mixing)

Less volume I mean, by default they are set fraction of the volume at the rear , missed typing sorry ,
