VW B5.5 Passat Rear Door Speaker Upgrade

Rear door speaker upgrade on a 3BG Volkswagen B5.5 Passat. I will show step by step, on how to remove the OEM/Stock speakers and install the upgraded speakers. I will also make custom ring spacers to accommodate the new upgraded speakers. This should be applicable on the VW Passat's from these years 2001-2005.
