    Hi… don’t know where my previous comment went but I’ll leave this one again.
    I really enjoyed this stretch routine. Hope to see another post partum stretch including more upper body stretching for breast feeding mamas or even some mobility stuff if you’re into that.
    Overall… I have really liked your videos for post partum abs… I have been doing the advanced one since I’m 20 months post partum. Thanks 😊

    This felt so good after my run yesterday, which left me so sore today. I'm really loving your page because your voice is so calming. I've tried other pages and I was getting so much anxiety because they were either too hyper or their voice was too high pitched. Lol

    Hey there! Im trying to heal my diastasis recti (with your mommy pooch workouts !! 😊) are there certain stretching positions i should avoid with DR or is any yoga/ stretching generally safe?

      Hi Teresa! So glad you’re enjoying the mommy pooch plan! Yoga and stretching is generally safe. Take care when moving through sun salutations and into planks and upward facing dogs, specifically; there could be some compensation and “pushing out” in those positions that could put excessive pressure on the linea Alba. You can always modify planks on knees and upward dogs with the cobra pose.

      Hi! Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Sometimes Google places ads automatically-bad timing and too many. I fixed the issue; there should only be one ad right in the middle of the video. I do have to run ads (that’s how we keep the business going), but I never want them to be disruptive!
