    As a 60 y/o man with a bad lumbar spine, I truly love this machine. I'm able to do movement I otherwise could never do. These workouts are icing on the cake. Thank You!!

    I bought this machine thinking it was a dupe for the DB Method machine, but it’s actually an even better workout than I anticipated.
