- Add a major glute and cardio component to your backyard, garage and home gym with the Sunny Health & Fitness Squat Assist Row-N-Ride Trainer. In this video I’ll build it so that you can easily do the same when you build yours. The Build is easy but I thought I’d edit a video guide to make it even easier. Thank you so much for the great instructions! I had a headache just looking at the exploded diagram when I opened the instruction book. Thanks to you, I have it put together but I'm not sure about a round tube that had to be pulled out from where I had to insert the handlebar, not sure if it is suppose to be somewhere on the machine or not. I do not see any parts that look like it in the instruction book, so I may call call Sunny Health about it...
I thought I put something in the video about that. You don't need it. I'm not sure how I figured that out but I did and I thought I mentioned it in the video or another video but you don't need it. ☺️

It should fit. There may be a little black piece that you have to pull out.
