I just finished my second build and I did a muffler mod after 6 tanks of fuel. The saw went from okay to Bad A$$.
I would like to see a video of a port job of a ms 400 start to finish please

Awesome video mate! Interesting about the poor piston casting! My 500i rips like shit stock I run a full ester cor dirt bike oil and 95 octane in all my saws but I must have a good one as it pulls the 36" bar in hard Aussie hard woods just fine!
they are hit-and-miss... some are way stronger than others and a lot of that is due to the pistion... ive had a difference of .034" which is almost 3 degrees on the wheel... thats a lot... also you have the Euro ECU... i have a Euro 500i and its stronger than the US models...

Are you able to make it proper full screen instead of blurred at the top and bottom of the screen?
its my stupid editing app... i have no idea how to fix it and it drives me fucking crazy... i have to get a macbook and new phone and use Apple editing so i can get rid of it... best i can do is make the border black... i use Filmingo and i pay 25 bucks a month for it and i can NOT figure out how to remove the border its the dumbest shit ever man i hate it too
I would be interested in seeing a stock everything run just to have as a baseline to compare all of the other configurations to.
I will probably do that... why not... I got shut down only was able to do modded muffler vs pipe uploading now... I will have to go off site and do a more thorough test... its just too damn loud and I have neighbors that I want to keep on my good side

Hi John what kind of 2 stroke oil do you use in your good ported work saws
I use VP premix 40:1 exclusively... I do not like the stihl mix oil and if I was going to pick a good middle of the road mix oil I would go with Red Armor and the absolute best would be Klotz or Motul... mix that with a good 94/95 octane ethanol free like Tru-fuel

sorry man i dont do the 200s anymore i actually only do new saws and im not taking on any new customers im completely booked... wish i could i hate turning down work but im just a very small shop one man operation
