Absolutely LOVE this house!! Everything from the front entrance to the pool, theater room (who’s got the popcorn?), study and the size of the upstairs bedrooms. I like that this one has a formal dining area and the little hideaway in the master closet…glad you figured out how to open it! It’s a stunning house!!
I agree with you about the higher microwave oven. Who is using the lower one? A dog who wants his Puppy Chow heated? 🐶
Love this layout. That not quite upstairs office is something I have never seen on ANY home before and I love that feature. Love this house design and layout.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this one! Its so elegant and pretty. Even the backyard is gorgeous. I think the small door in the master is for a safe room. The light switch should be on the inside though. As you said its a dead give away that something is behnd the shelves. Im in love with those stunning windows in the living room! Id be putting a balcony up there for my cat haha.

I'm OBSESSED with this floor plan, it's so spacious but not just for the sake of adding empty space - and it flows so well. The powder room in the garage is perfect for when the kids are playing outside and need to run in to use the restroom or for when someone is doing work on the exterior of the house. Of course, I have a very unique whimsical finishing style so I'd have to customize everything but the size of the space but every inch of it would be used as a wonderful family home and space for the holidays allowing everyone to have somewhere to hang out/play games. Decorating would be so much fun! I'd probably turn that extra little hideaway into a cat room and leave it open haha
My Collie would love that hideaway especially during storms or fireworks.
That master bedroom on the first floor had a safe room I think. It was hidden behind the shoe rack and probably locks while your inside. I'm just guessing.
we have all sinned, and broken God’s law (the Ten Commandments). When a person breaks the law, they are then considered a criminal, and to bring justice, the judge must sentence/judge them according to their wrongdoings. For example; a m**der cannot say “I donated millions of dollars to an orphanage, you should let me go, look at all the good I’ve done.” Criminals are only judged for their wrongdoing, to let them go because of the “good” that they’ve done would be unjust. So those who have broken God’s law will be judged for their lawlessness, not the good that they’ve done. Since we have all sinned, we must be punished so that justice may take place. But if someone pays the fine for the crime we have committed we can legally walk free. Jesus took the punishment of sin, being innocent, so that all who repent of their sins and put their faith in Him may be saved. He essentially took our punishment so that we could walk free, he paid our debt. But one can accept or deny for someone to pay their fine, in like manner one can accept or deny this gift from God. If you repent of your sin (turn from it) and put your faith in Jesus, you will be saved.
For that price they skimp on soft close doors and drawers? I love the house but that says to me they may have skimped out elsewhere. I did see what looked like mini split A/C’s in the garage, so that’s a bonus! You don’t need to sweat you butt off out there and it’s separate from the central air so you’re not wasting energy. I like that a lot!! How about the windows? Are they hurricane resistant?
In case anyone is looking to build with them vs buy a spec home, please note they are NOT a custom builder as they claim. You can customize one of their plans and choose many design options but there are limits to their options.
Where is house located. Is there any incentives. Also can they change the one garage to a prep kitchen. Bavk in my country bug houses has what we call dirty kitchen attach to the garage.
I don't get these homes with grand great rooms followed by a corner unit for the kitchen ....where's the rest of it

Timothy, these new homes you have been touring in texas have some lovely landscaping! I truly believe that tasteful landscaping has a huge impact on the overall look of the home. Its not the same without it and its often overlooked. The house is the star of the show, but that landscaping shown here is definitely a supporting role. It would be nice to see a little more of what they planted there. It's more work for you and the wife, but I think it would be worth it to talk for a moment about what the designers did. The reason I ask, is we are about to finish our custom built home, and I'm racking my mind about what to do with landscaping.

I think I would have developed the microwave area to be a full coffee and tea bar with its own small sink. I think you might want another inch or two but bringing the counter down to a servey counter would fix that. Lowering the countertop height to servery height which is about two inches lower to allow trays to be easily placed on or removed from by catering staff.
not to mention the kiddos can't get up there to heat up anything with the microwave up so high either.
@@cocoabiscuits Yeah that had occurred to me but I figured someone else qwould come up with that. I also would have put a wine fridge in somewhere in the kitchen as well.

For this level of house it's missing a coat/shoe room off the foyer. Powder room in the garage is silly. Shower or washing station is more practical, should have 3/4 bath off the utility room.
How many dining areas does anyone need? I wouldn't want that house. It would be better with a more spacious kitchen with more sinks, and other houses are too close. Not enough privacy.
This was probably a model at some point and the garage was used as the sales office explaining the bathroom in the garage. Amazing house.🏡
Are you able to connect with homebuilders in eastern PA? I can't find one that's truly custom and pays attention to detail.

Nice home. The bathroom situation on the main floor is not really sufficient for such a grand home. Since the powder room in the garage is not suited to be accessed from inside the home, the remaining bathroom is the shared one by the smaller bedroom. So it serves as the bathroom for that bedroom (likely a guest bath - hey guest do you mind keeping this bathroom immaculate during your stay?), the pool and all of the main floor entertaining spaces.

Tim, all glass is glazed (glass guys are called glazers). The opaque effect is frosted. There’s also rain glass (over the toilet in the primary bathroom in this house, for instance).
